Registration
Sign up for the 4x400 the day-of the Rose City Mile – Saturday, June 25, 2022. This event will be free for all Rose City Mile registrants, $5 for others.
To sign up, walk over to the same-day registration table. Only one teammate needs to be present to register their team as long as they have first names, last names, and estimated 1 mile completion time. Everyone who is not participating in the mile need to visit the table to pay $5 and sign a waiver. To make things easy, head to the table as a team.
The co-ed teams
Each team is made up of 4 people, 2 male and 2 female.
No track experience required. The competitive field will range from college track athletes to “haven’t run a race since high school” to “I’m just here to have some fun.” Event organizers will stack heats based on provided estimated mile times.
The race
The 4x400 will take place after all of the Rose City Mile heats are complete and the 4x400 will be hand-timed (the mile is professionally timed).
Only one team will win. Prizes include an engraved baton, Pizza Thief gift certificate, and bragging rights… until next year.

Rose City Track Club is proud to present the 5th annual Rose City Mile! Our mission is to provide a fun, competitive, an accessible opportunity for runners of all ages and abilities to test their fitness in the mile on Duniway track on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
Online registration closes at 11:59 pm on Thursday, June 23. Runners will have the option of registering for the Rose City Mile the day of the race for $35. Race day registration closes at 8:30 am.
